Then you should go to my friends’ show tonight! (Or sometime over the next few weeks.)

It’s basically a mash-up of storytelling and comics. Here’s Nisse’s video explaining it:

Doesn’t that sound cool? I went to college with Nisse and one of the artists involved, and they are hilarious and I promise you will have fun.

Tonight’s show is at  at 5:30pm at the Brick Theater on the corner of Metropolitan and Lorimer in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. (I don’t know where that is, I copy-pasted out of his email.) The other shows will be  Friday, June 24th at 8:45; Sunday, June 26th at 8:00; and Wednesday, June 29th at 8:45.

Whew.  Busy, crazy times.

But my life is settling back down a bit and I am preparing for a chill summer. There’s going to be a new project on the comics blog if you want to join me in being judgy on some art, and I’m going to try to settle down and read more and just… yeah. Chill. Take some breaths. Move on.
